Wil is a Utah native with a B.S. and an M.Ed. from Utah State.  He taught High School for 5 years in Boise Idaho. Then stopped, to earn his Masters.  In the process of being a low income graduate student, he got a part time job with a publisher.  That lead to a full time job, which has lead to 27 years in publishing.  Since joining the “dark side” Wil has had the opportunity to work with hundreds and hundreds of teachers and is convinced that teachers are absolutely the best group of people on the planet.   When he isn’t with teachers or students, he enjoys Cycling, Hiking, and Reading.
He and his wife have 3 fabulous children, and 2 knuckle head children, the 5 children take turns as to which ones are fabulous and which ones are knuckleheads.
